Given the job market these days, you may be surprised to find that some people actually are quitting their jobs.Not only that, but they’re giving some pretty creative reasons for why they won’t be coming to work anymore.
Staffing firm Office Team recently asked senior managers to tell them some of the more unusual reasons people have given for quitting their job.
Managers reported that employees had quit to watch a soccer game or take in a movie, because they needed to feed their dog and because they wanted to join a rock band, reality show or beauty contest.
For others, the office atmosphere was literally too much. The 1,300 employers surveyed offered all sorts of sensory-related reasons their employees had quit. Among them:
"He quit because he didn't like the way the office smelled."
"One employee didn't enjoy the cafeteria food."
"An individual did not like the sound of file cabinets being slammed."
"A person quit because he hated the carpet."
"One worker did not like the colors of the walls."
"The employee quit because the office building was unattractive."

Names In India...
Names are quite unique in India. They have
their own formula and conventions which are different to naming
practices in other countries and even other parts of India. Every Indian
has a unique first name of course.But what I find interesting is
people’s surnames or family names. There are many different ways how the names are formed in different regions within India.
In general, a girl takes her father’s Surname till the marriage. When a woman gets married, she takes her husband’s
Surname. This is of course if she decides to take her husband’s name. A
lot of women today decide not to. When I asked my friend why she
didn’t change her name when she got married, her answer was that she
didn’t see any point in it: “If husbands were expected to do something
similar then maybe I would have considered it, but just the fact that
only the woman is expected to do it makes no sense at all to me!” is how
she put it.( I know there are many other reasons why didn't want to)
One of them is the administrative
hassles of changing a name is enough for some women not to bother. My friend
told me that her mother-in-law took her father-in-law’s name only much
later, she found that the process was too complicated. :) :) :)
To
make things a bit more complicated, Her husband has yet a different
name! Which brings me to men’s which are a
bit more complex than women’s! Men carry the parental surname which is a common practice.
Apart from the Surname, males do have other parts in the name. Some of the possible parts of names apart from First Name and Surname are...
The Name of Family Deity(s) from Maternal Grand parents name or paternal Grand parents name
(AND/OR)

Most of the Indian born male personnel experience the real problem when they start to choose to live or work in any other county other than India.
Just to Conclude My Name in simple terms of English... It is 33 character length, combination of 19 letter First name and a 14 lettered Last Name. The 33 letter combination came from 15 Alphabets all the other 11 Alphabets have been spared.
I know few people whose name are longer than me ...Let me know if you find any....
Colors
I'm pretty sure men and women can agree on this one! Who knew there were so many different colors to chose from?
Being men is easy not only to enjoy the wast colorful nature with few colors to name than to make each and every Flower, fruit and vegetable a color. The few main colors defined by Microsoft are similar to whats been represented on the Men's side of the above chart.
The Common thing which both Men and Women I could predict is both are thinking about the female in the above image.. (about the Dress, Figure, size and shape) Comment if its TRUE.

But as the hot summer approached the marsh began to dry up. In a few days, the marsh got totally dry. So, the frogs decided to leave that place and look out for some other shelter for themselves and reached a deep well. They sat on the edge of the well and peeped inside it. It had a lot of water in it.
One of the frogs got so overjoyed to see the water that it at once said, "This well looks quite a fit place for us to live. It will be cool and safe inside. Let's jump in."
The other frog was wise enough and replied, "Not so soon, my friend! We left the marsh when it had dried up. So, first think how we shall come out of this well if it gets dry.
The first frog was speechless, as he had realized that one must think before taking any step.
People make mistakes. We are allowed to make mistakes.
But the actions we take while in a rage, will haunt us forever.
Pause and ponder. Think before you act. Be patient

A Young lady was waiting for her flight in the boarding room of a Big airport.
As she would need to wait for few Hours, she decided to buy a book to spend the time. She also bought a packet of cookies. She sat down in an arm chair in the VIP room to rest and read in peace.
Beside the armchair where the packet of cookies lay, a man sat down in the next seat, opened his magazine and started reading.
When she took out the First cookie, the man also took one. She felt irritated but said nothing. She just thought: "What a Nerve! If I was in the mood I would Punch him for daring!"
For each cookie she took the man took one too. This was frustrating her but she didn't want to cause a scene.
When only one cookie remained, she thought "ah... What this abusive man do now?" Then the man, taking the last cookie divided it into half giving her one half.
Ah! that was too much! She was much too angry now! In a huff, she took her book, her things and stormed to board the plane.When she sat down in her seat, inside the plane she looked into her purse to take her eyeglasses. To her surprise, her packet of cookies was there untouched ... unopened.
She felt so ashamed!! She quickly realized that she was wrong... she forgot the cookies in the purse.
The Man had divided his cookies with her, without feeling angered or bitter.she had been very angry, thinking that she was dividing her cookies with him. There was no chance to explain nor to apologize.
There are things that cannot recover..... without damage
The stone, after the throw towards a glass.
The Hurtful Word... after it's said!
The Time... after it's gone.

Why do we shout in anger? Why do people shout at each other when they are upset?
Because we lose our calm, we shout for that.....But, why to shout when the other person is just next to you? Isn't it possible to speak to him or her with a soft voice? Why do you shout at a person when you're angry?
When two people are angry at each other, their hearts distance a lot. To cover that distance they must shout to be able to hear each other. The angrier they are, the stronger they will have to shout to hear each other through that great distance.
when two people fall in love? They don't shout at each other but talk softly Because their hearts are very close. When you argue do not let your hearts get distant, do not say words that distance each other more, else there will come a day when the distance is so great that you will not find the path to return or to shout
